"In Midtown, Annam Cafe is a casual Vietnamese restaurant from a Vietnamese chef, from Hello Saigon in Greenwich Village, and the group behind spots like Upon the Palace and The Corner Chinese. They’ve got rice and vermicelli bowls, banh mi, and pho, and all the noodles are made in-house.
