"This wine bar from the team behind London's Barrafina was a big deal when it opened a few years ago, and the almost unbelievably long bar top is still packed pretty much all the time. Order as you go while watching the chefs working away in the open kitchen. Some sizzling Padrón peppers, delicately fried zucchini flowers bursting with gooey melted goat’s cheese, and the individually cooked tortillas are great places to start, paired with something from the list of local Mallorcan wines." - Isabella Noble
