You won’t find any cheap well liquors here—the focus is on locally-made rums and higher-end spirits. Build your own daiquiri, with your choice of Hawai‘i rum mixed with Maui-made falernum or tropical gomme syrup. Or if that requires too much thought, go for the piña colada slushy.
