"You can’t talk about Southern Grist without first giving Lauter, the restaurant inside the East Nashville taproom, its flowers. The food is delicious and worth a trip on its own for a BLT as big as your face with the option to add burrata (do it), and a burger that rivals your pint glass in height (and it tastes pretty good, too). When it comes to beer, get whatever version of Mixed Greens IPA is on rotation—we lost count after version 64 or “LX” since they use Roman numerals.
