"The Black And White Cookie Breads Bakery makes a black and white with croissant dough instead of the familiar cakey cookie—and actually, crunching through the laminated dough is rather enjoyable. The cookie has vanilla icing, but the chocolate icing is swapped out for chocolate dough, and if you think you’ll miss the chocolate icing, you’re probably right. Still, it’s an exciting invention.
