This Indonesian-inspired ice cream shop looks like a light-and-sound installation you’d find at The Broad, with moodily lit clay-toned walls and menus that hover in dramatic built-ins like they’re the Dead Sea Scrolls. It’s a lot, but if you were going to build a museum exhibit around any ice cream in LA, it would be these creamy, plant-based scoops.
