"Taking over the former Kabob and HQues spot, Twenty First gives Hillsboro Village one more finer dining option in a sea of taco and burger bars. The bi-level space from the Dalton’s empire brings prime rib empanadas, truffle caesar salads, and duck breasts with blackberry gastrique to the neighborhood.
