"Taco Heart in East Passyunk serves handy Austin-style tacos on puffy, homemade flour tortillas. On the weekend, you’ll see plenty of people who believe the only way to be functional before noon is with a taco or two. Our favorite is the Migas Maximus, packed with scrambled egg, sausage, jalapeño, queso, avocado, and half-crunchy-half-soggy tortilla chips.
