"Budget-friendly omakase restaurant Rockpool was short-lived, but its Beverly Hills address is now home to Sushi K, a casual-leaning restaurant from the people behind Grand Central Market handroll spot Sushi Rush. The menu is as stripped-down as the decor, with an entry-level omakase, a la carte nigiri and handrolls, and a few cooked dishes like miso black cod and salmon collar.
