"Trattoria Carina is in Fitler Square—you’ll feel the shift from Rittenhouse as soon as you cross 20th street. It’s a little quieter and less flashy than most places around the square, but the food and cocktails are both good, the service is warm and friendly, and they have a lot of outdoor seating.
