"For many years, Casey's was home to a pretty rambunctious weekend scene. The subterranean brick patio at this reliable DTLA Irish pub often hosted multiple beer pong games, while inside people who looked like they knew at least one Flogging Molly song played billiards, knocked over giant Jenga sets, and hung on couches while jam bands played the tiny stage. These days, the energy is much more mellow, though you will still find beer pong and jam bands on occasion (if you're truly brave, go on St. Patrick's Day). There's also a great weekday Happy Hour from 12-6pm with $6 pints and bangers and mash for $15. Plan accordingly." - Brant Cox
