Parksanbal Babs - Review - Murray Hill, Queens - New York - The Infatuation

"Parksanbal Babs only does one thing, and they do it very well. This tiny, cafeteria-like Korean restaurant in Murray Hill, Queens specializes in cartilaginous beef bone soup, which is kept simmering in a few cauldron-sized pots in the back. You can get it spicy or non-spicy, but the spicy version doesn't pack much heat, so you might as well go for it. Cooked for at least four hours, the rich, scalding gukbap comes with a fistful of cellophane noodles and a massive bone lined with meat that falls right off. You'll get a few banchan and a bowl of rice with your order, and all of this will cost less than $20. photo credit: Bryan Kim" - Bryan Kim
