"This casual Italian restaurant has been around for a while—1989, to be exact. And in the middle of its three-decade life, it swapped out an old-school white tablecloth look for modern wood furniture, edison lights, and exposed ductwork. But despite the updated facelift, it manages to keep its overall nostalgia factor with vintage posters, framed black and white photos, and a menu of classic Italian dishes, like rigatoni with “Sunday gravy,” gnocchi, and sausage and peppers. The reasonably priced dishes come with large portions so bring an appetite, bring some friends, and expect leftovers." - adrian kane, john ringor, nick allen
