"If you’re in the Sylvan Hills area looking for quick, reasonably priced seafood, Mama Jane is all that drenched in Cajun and Creole spices. This small, unassuming establishment sits at the end of a shopping plaza. But inside, bright yellow walls and a New Orleans brass band cheerily blaring from the TV draw you to the order counter. Most plates are under $25, including their boiled shrimp, crawfish, or snow crab, which are served piping hot and heavily seasoned in a plastic bag.
