Families stare at the freezer displays full of huge ice cream tubs, with flavors like vanilla fudge brownie and cotton candy attracting the attention of the kids. But they also offer hard-to-find flavors like East Indian Kulfi or lemon gingersnap, which appeal to those of us who don’t want ice cream that turns our mouths blue.
