"This Downtown cocktail bar and noodle spot tries to be Tokyo in Las Vegas, sleek and showy. Visually, it’s overwhelming: cartoonish murals and dangling vines compete for your attention, while drinks like the Sakura Collins change color with the swirl of a straw, and noodles float in midair. The drinks, like the tallow-washed Wagyu Smoked Old Fashioned, or the Shinjuku Sunset, smoky with mezcal and a torched rosemary sprig, are the real reason to start an evening here. The food, on the other hand, is a little underwhelming. The ghost noodles with chopsticks that float above a bowl of tasty garlic and sesame egg noodles are a fun option, though the fried items like the potato tornado aren’t crisp enough to stand up to their counterparts at a state fair. If all else fails, there’s the wagyu burger, which arrives halved and face down, drowning in drippy Japanese beer cheese." - Ryan Slattery
