"Cleo is an easy, all-purpose restaurant that’s as suitable for a casual Tuesday night dinner with friends as it is a low-key weekend date night. It’s comfort food, but a little elevated—like what you’d think you could make at home if you tried harder. We’re talking sea bass with herby peas, and pizza bread with neon orange achiote butter. The interior has just the right amount of grit, with semi-painted walls, neat wooden tables, and mismatched chairs. In the summer, aim for a table outside, where diners sharing bottles of orange wine spill onto the street. photo credit: Mikkel Bækgaard" - Mary Holland
