"We’ll miss nights at Pinky’s (RIP) that featured packing into its tiny bar area like sardines and swaying to tropical house under a disco ball. Now, the same Los Feliz space is home to Bar One—and, yes, it still looks cramped. Food options have expanded, with an eclectic mix of shrimp ceviche, truffle fries, and baba ganoush, and cocktails include the yuzu-spiked Japanese Sour and The Alley with apple-infused bourbon. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Sylvio Martins
