"At this smashbuger counter between Rainier Valley and New Holly, you’ll hear the grill sizzling as soon as you step foot inside. The beef patties are a bit thicker than usual for a smashie, but they're juicy and well-seasoned nonetheless, going well with the crisp trio of lettuce, tomato, and pickles. And everything here is halal. They have a few variations on the burger, but If you like onions, get the “super smash”—there are huge meaty chunks of them cooked until translucent and sweet.
