Inside this North Beach restaurant, there’s no music—just the clatter of plates, chatter between neighboring tables, and sometimes a group chorus of Happy Birthday (which you should definitely join in on). The lasagna and the sausage and mushroom pizza are must-orders, but the tiramisu is what makes a meal here special—it’s one of the best in the city.
