"With the amount of people packed into this great Japanese restaurant in Chamblee, you’d think it was the only place serving sushi within a 100 mile radius. Without a reservation, you’ll likely have to join the groups of people hovering outside on the sidewalk, waiting 30 minutes for a table. But we’ll gladly wait each time because the menu is stuffed with more than 50 signature rolls—that’s not hyperbolic, we actually counted. And they’re mostly all excellent choices, so go with anything from that menu, but we like the peppy and super filling Hot Night with fried scallops, mango, sriracha, tuna, red tobiko, and a drizzle of wasabi lime. The variety extends to the prices too, and we appreciate the range from the $12 spicy tuna roll with five meaty pieces to the wagyu-topped roll at $34." - juli horsford, nina reeder
