"When you duck into Chateau Rouge in Graduate Hospital, you’ll immediately feel like you’re dining in your aunt’s house. It’s intimate incarnate—everyone from the servers to the guests know each other in the earth-toned space, and SZA plays while a few people hum along. The dishes at the BYOB are a full-scale introduction to Cameroonian cuisine: grilled fish and meats like peppery suya wings, lamb skewers, and mounds of golden crisp plantains. The food is all solid, but the freshly squeezed juices are the standout (especially the Kilimanjaro Nectar). It’s an easygoing place to sit back in a cushiony chair and sink into a plate of stewed yassa chicken and clink glasses with a few friends." - Candis R. McLean
