"There are great smashburgers in SF, but they’re not always easy to get. So we’re grateful to The Hamburger Project in NoPa, which serves fantastic smashburgers every day of the week until midnight. There are just three versions, but you’re guaranteed a thin, greasy (in the best way) patty, a caramelized layer of cheese, and a creamy sauce no matter which one you choose.
