@infatuation

"Bangbang Bangkok could be the cutest date night you have this year. From the people behind Mao Mao, this Thai restaurant in Williamsburg has a dining room that looks like the inside of a bus. The host serves their 10-course tasting menu from an airline trolley, as footage of Bangkok rolls by on screens that wrap around the bus like an IMAX theater. Expect lobster tom kha gai, poured tableside from a tea kettle, deconstructed papaya salad with som tum sorbet, and other Thai dishes with French techniques. Part theme-park ride, part fine dining, the $155 tasting menu experience has everything you’d want from a spendy night out.
