"Take a break from whatever you’re doing and have a creamy baleada sencilla on one of Cabañas’ outdoor tables. The dining room of this Little Havana spot is great for browsing Salvadoran soccer jerseys or having a beer at the counter on a gloomy Tuesday. But it’s not where you want to be on a nice day with a warm baleada. The ones here have an ideal ratio of crema, cheese, and frijoles licuados (resulting in an oozy bite).
