"The Canteen gets our vote for the best lobster roll on the Cape. This particular iteration takes toasted brioche and stacks it with a quarter pound of meaty lobster with chives, all served open-face. Order at the counter and head to the backyard where you can eat your roll away from the crowds of tourists on Commercial Street, Provincetown’s main thoroughfare.
