"This hi-fi vinyl den in the JW Marriott has a built-in turntable and nightly listening sessions that start at 10pm. 888 comes from the same folks behind Bourbon Steak, so it’s easy to set high expectations for the food. That’s a quick way to ruin your experience because most dishes here—like mushroom gyoza and sushi rolls—miss the mark. Our recommendation? Skip the main courses and sip on Japanese whiskey, or any of their cocktails, and snack on the starters like tempura asparagus.
