The entire restaurant is NFT-themed, but don’t focus too much on the concept. Instead, focus on their guava and cheese “Cuban pop tart,” which goes great with a cafe con leche. The people behind Bored Cuban also own Latin Café 2000—so they know how to make good Cuban classics like tostadas, croquetas, and cuban sandwiches. The 3D-printed banana door handles, ape merch, and combos in Happy Meal boxes are just funny distractions from an otherwise fine Cuban cafe.
