The cuisine served at the elegant Iyo is heavily influenced by Japan while at the same time being rooted in Italian flavours and traditions. The extensive à la carte includes the type of dishes that you would expect of a Japanese restaurant (such as well-known versions of sushi, sashimi and tempura, to name just a few), alongside more creative fusion recipes which combine influences from Japan, Europe and elsewhere.
