Tian Shui (Yuexiu)

"This brand advocates a natural and mindful diet with hand-picked ingredients, soigné plating and thoughtful combinations. There is only one menu available at lunch and dinner; it is known as the 24-solar-term set and changes every month to include peak-season ingredients. Seasoning is kept to a bare minimum to highlight natural flavours. Diners get to enjoy an extra dish on the house on Mondays. Friendly service is definitely a plus." - Michelin Inspector
