"This unusual and unexpected restaurant, occupying an old bakery tucked away in a corner of the Plaza Mayor (remnants of the old ovens can still be seen embedded in the stone walls) is striking both for its setting, its medieval ambience, and its cuisine, the latter centred around a fusion of Japanese cooking with zero-mile ingredients from the Segarra area.
