"Housed in a refurbished car wash with vendors operating from the former bays, this place is singularly focused on Thai street‑style fried chicken — though it also offers grilled — and it executes it impeccably. I ordered at the window and found the gai tod impossibly crispy and bursting with flavor, served with sticky rice and a tamarind‑chili fish sauce; from there, pounded salads like charred eggplant are nice additions, but the mango crispy sticky rice slathered in mango sauce with lime zest is essential for dessert." - The MICHELIN Guide
