Seasoned chef Quentin Billaud crafts enticing recipes into exquisitely plated dishes. The concise set menu is only available on lunchtime weekdays, while the gourmet evening menu is depicted by a more sophisticated and ambitious note. In addition to the dining room, there is now a lounge area, Le 1534 (date of its original construction), which serves bistronomic fare. The lovely wine cellar is open to visitors and hosts tasting workshops and there is also a delicatessen store (L’Épicerie Anna).
