Heading up a highly dedicated team, this Ghanaian-born chef delivers innovative international cuisine scattered with seasonal influences. There are two set menus on offer: "The Expedition" and the vegetarian "Green Journey" – each comprising well-thought-out creations incorporating interesting combinations of flavours and select ingredients. The dishes are in keeping with the spirit of the times, as is the smart decor and informal atmosphere, with the chefs occasionally delivering dishes to diners themselves.
