Türkiye: İstanbul’s Asian Side, Fauna and Aida

"Aida has established itself as one of the first Italian restaurants on İstanbul’s Asian side, located in a charming old Kadıköy residence. Chef Valentino Salvi, from a family with a rich history in the restaurant business, draws inspiration from Italian ingredients and techniques. Aida’s cuisine features Italian sourced ingredients, with everything prepared daily. The wine list includes over 100 selections from 35 different producers, offering rare Italian and French labels and excellent Turkish boutique wines. Aida is closed on Sundays with service starting at 3:00 p.m. on Saturdays and 5:00 p.m. on other days. The restaurant is known for its welcoming atmosphere and signature Tiramisu." - The MICHELIN Guide
