"Here, in the former premises of the Amelia restaurant, you can discover Italian flavours as interpreted by chef Paulo Airaudo in contemporary dishes with a definite gourmet feel that are very different to the normal fare usually found in a trattoria. Da Filippo describes a meal here as “an experience for all the senses” and one which is centred around a single tasting menu. One dish that won us over in particular was the intense yet delicate duck, butter and thyme cappelletti.
