"This is the first branch, opened more than 50 years ago by the Pernambuco-born Zé Almeida and famous thanks to his delicious Mocotó. Nowadays, the kitchen is headed by renowned chef Rodrigo Oliveira, who is keeping his father's legacy alive by offering the best of the Sertão region’s cuisine via the motto “made with the eyes on the world and the feet grounded in the Sertão”.
