"In this restaurant, originally an inn dating back some 500 years, Dietmar Sawyere showcases Alpine ingredients, preparing them with original ideas and a pleasing blend of modern, classic and traditional approaches. The five-course set menu features dishes such as Brüggli char, chestnuts, nut salad and mountain miso, or Angus beef entrecôte from Ennetbürgen, celeriac and Alpine chimichurri.
