Andreas Hettinger (now also the owner of the restaurant) continues to preside over the open kitchen. Here, he turns excellent ingredients into harmonious dishes that draw on classic, Mediterranean and creative influences. These are presented as a seasonal set menu, which diners savour in an attractive space with a barrel-vaulted ceiling.
