What's the Matter With Lonely Planet?
"At the Prescription Cocktail Club in Paris (one of my favorites), I found exposed brick walls, a dark wood bar, jazz music, inventive cocktails and even cucumber water when you sit down — details that Lonely Planet’s brief blurb (which mentions bowler and flat-top hats as lampshades and a 1930s speakeasy air) fails to convey. Their write-up also incorrectly claims there’s a doorman; there isn’t, and that short description misses the atmosphere and quality of the drinks." - Matthew Kepnes
