"Walking down cobblestone streets on the Buda side, we entered a large square and were treated to a local Hungarian beer hall where Marta did the ordering; beer and food were placed in front of me and I was simply told to eat—especially memorable was crusty bread with a spicy, smoked sausage spread (same-day fresh bread) that I ate two plates of; as the night progressed the tables were cleared, a band set up, and Hungarian folk dancing began—circle dances and partner twirls with lots of foot stomping and singing—beers and more food were served and the dancing continued long into the night." - Matthew Kepnes
