"I found TripOn Open House to be a funky, social hostel near Barrio Escalante with a really fun atmosphere and lots of common areas for meeting people. They offer free breakfast, cheap airport shuttles (about 30 minutes to the airport), comfy beds with privacy curtains, hammocks outside, video games, and a fully equipped kitchen; some spaces could use updating, but it’s one of the cheapest social options in the city." - Matthew Kepnes
