The bar is outstanding (they have their own microbrewery and café) and they run weekly trivia and karaoke nights; the staff also offer a series of 'Behind the Curtain' events showcasing Berlin (free walking tours, night art gallery visits, street food tours, film screenings), and they serve an affordable all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet for about €9.
