My 4 Favorite Hostels in Boston (Updated 2025)

"Set in an old house a few miles outside the city center near the JFK Library, Boston Homestel offers simple, clean, and bright rooms and dorms with a quiet location that makes it easier to sleep than hostels in the heart of the city. The beds aren't the most comfortable and the facilities are basic — there is a common room and a small kitchen but not much more. It's laid-back and not very social, so don't come expecting a party." - Matthew Kepnes
