"Launching in 2012, the Collingwood Huxtaburger was the first of 5 locations with much fan-fare. For good reason! Their burgers are delicious. The buns are glazed. The chips are crisp. Hot beef, cold beer is their motto and that they do deliver. Even after I turned vegetarian (tofu burger pictured here – sorry meat eaters), the love I have for Huxta is immense, the taste is still amazing.
