"Edibles, Nota by Truth Collective. While new restauranteurs have come to town to reinvent Rochester’s dining scene in NOTA and other neighborhoods around the city, Edibles has stayed on course serving delicious food and cocktails for over two decades. Patrons of the cozy University Ave establishment feast on classic, American and Mediterranean style cuisine with their own spin. On the night we visited, we found the simple steak frites cooked to tender perfection, a sausage and broccolini ravioli dish with a complex and creamy finish, and a quinoa black been burger with Vermont cheddar that even the most ravenous carnivore would have found both flavorful and fulfilling.
