A lot of mystery surrounds this eatery, but what is popularly known is that it's supported by the North Korean government, promoting a positive image of it's country and culture to an international audience. Expect to dine with a lot of Asian businessmen, as the restaurant is located in Deira's business hub. Make sure to go for dinner, where the female only staff perform traditional song and dance on stage, with the occasional karaoke!
