"Wirtschaft im Franz, Kreis 3 by Saloon. This is a great concept that only the brave would attempt. There are two daily set menus to choose from, for example a fish/meat menu (four courses for CHF 89) and a vegetarian menu (four course for CHF 77). Alternatively, if you are not that hungry you can choose any item off either menu. The menu design is modern and the cuisine sophisticated. The ingredients are superb that is, local, fresh, organic and delicious. The ambience is relaxed and the staff is super friendly, which all makes for a great experience for the customer."
