"Anthology's mission is simple, to serve the best quality coffee possible. Emphasis on quality. They start by sourcing the best small lot coffees of the season and then roast them in house, constantly testing and measuring to make sure everything is perfect. The menu is simple, with pour over coffee, espresso, and a selection of tea from Joseph Wesley.
