"Lucky Yu Canteen, Leith. The area’s only Asian fusion restaurant, Lucky Yu is an intimate space with an extensive menu of baos, gyozas and sharing small plates. Eating here twice and ordering the same meal is unlikely. There’s only space for around 20 people, so advance booking is essential. There’s a real effort to ensure the menu has decent vegan options – try the miso and aubergine gyoza, an absolute game changer. If you need that meaty fix, perhaps go for the lobster and chorizo bao with coconut and chilli mayo. It’s also BYOB, so be sure to visit a local bottle shop (Oddbins is a few doors down) and pick up some craft cans or a bottle of wine"
